This is the webpage of the Laboratory of Plant Functional Ecology of the Plant Biology Department, Biology Institute, Campinas State University - UNICAMP, Campinas-SP, Brazil.
The website was created to inform you about the research projects that have been developed by the lab professors and students.
Research projects at the Laboratory of Plant Functional Ecology work with the several aspects of the plant versus environment interaction in Brazilian natural ecosystems and plant communities. Ongoing projects explore the following topics in plant ecology: native plants ecophysiology, ecohydrology, isotope ecology, functional ecology and its interaction with restoration ecology, and plant adaptations in water and/or nutrient limited ecosystems.
The Laboratory of Plant Functional Ecology works together with labs and researches from many Brazilian and international universities.
